During my weeklong vacation in Santa Barbara, I stayed in the West Beach area. I passed Toma on my daily walks and was drawn to its European/Mediterranean look. I booked a table for one and was totally delighted with everything and everyone! Tom, who co-owns the restaurant with his wife, greeted me at the door and seated me by the front window.
