I'd give negative stars if I could. Slum lord doesn't even begin to describe this man. King of the "verbal agreement" he ALWAYS goes back on. Would rent the air you breathe and toilet seats in his run down rentals if he could. Does NOTHING to maintain his properties, rents right aways, drive ways, parking spots, anything he can make a buck on. Do yourself a favor and move on if he is the landlord on a rental property you are considering!
I thought rent was fair and he was easy enough to deal with and maintenance of my unit was never a problem.
