Great service and great man. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I've been Tom's satisfied customer for a few years now.
This provider was sent by American Home Shield Home Warranty. This was his second visit and since he didn't repair the problem the first time, I was abundantly clear that I would only use his service if the repair on the oil gauge was covered by AHS. He confirmed that the repair was covered. A few days later, he called to tell me they wouldn't pay him because the repair was not covered. Today, I received his bill.
