Dr. Winters did shoulder surgery , Rotator Cuff among other things and didn't leave any scars.
Between my shoulders and my hips those cortisone injections are miracles. Dr. Winters is a great doctor and knows his stuff. Plus he’s a nice guy, none of that (I’m a doctor so I am on another level than my patients). He is a down to earth guy funny guy.
