Very rude. I had parked here for five minutes as I went to look for something that flew out of my car. I came back after grabbing it with a ticket on the car. I went inside to explain and he was very rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t cancel the ticket despite my explanation and with knowing it had only been minutes since he issued it. There are plenty of firms in town who treat people with decency. Pick one that treats everyone (client or not) with understanding - this one ain’t it.
They always friendly and professional. They answer all my questions. Their prices are fair I never feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed u like some places I have been to. I've now been using them for a couple of years and I plan to use them for as long as I can
