I felt so welcome into the office by both the physician and all the supporting staff, nurses, etc. I felt HEARD and like my health issues were important (especially for a decade long issue)! Even with a setback for my medical issue of a few days, I was treated with kindness and without blame, which might sound odd to some but it was important to me. I would highly recommend this office for any ENT needs.
Dr. Tom removed my cancerous thyroid in 2023 and did an amazing job! You cannot really tell I have a scar there. Very thankful for him and his team.
Dr Tom's interpersonal skills are excellent. His knowledge base is exceptional. We a fortunate to have him!
Very personable and easy to understand! Office staff was great, Angela (Physician assistant) was a plus! Dr. Tom addressed my hearing issues with a high degree or professionalism!
Over several decades of having acute sinus problems and three surgeries, I have had care from several ENTs. Dr Tom is the best ENT of them all!
