I am grateful that I was able to ultimately close on my home. Generally, my realtor, Michael Taylor, seemed unexperienced, and unprepared to adequately guide me in my first home buying experience; that made an already complicated process all the more tumultuous. After the closing on my home and moving in, there was a plumbing/sewer issue that was not properly tended to post-inspection by the seller.
