Love this place! Every time I’m in Yakima I make sure to stop by! Tom Tom is the best!
Just left. Ordered a whole milk latte, saw the barista pour a little 2% in the pitcher and stopped, turned to her coworker and said, "oops, this is supposed to be whole milk," the coworker said either "oh well" or "whatever" and then the barista continued to pour 2%... Apathy does not belong in a professional environment. Coffee was lukewarm too.
I absolutely LOVE Tom Tom. It is a place I frequent when I'm visiting home. The service is good, and they make a dang fine Mocha Big Train <3
I will not order again! We call in order from Tom Tom’s two shifts a day 7 days a week!! When we have issues it’s always an argument to have things replaced! Today I called the manager and was told “it was toasted not burnt!” Well it was black!!
Been getting coffee and drinks here for years. Love the Service!
