The staff is very nice but inefficient. They always get the medication right, and they are pretty ladies and very sweet people. However, they are either inefficient, incompetent, or technologically inept. I have to call my doctor at least two days before my new prescription is due because I know these folks are so slow that it will take them a day longer than most people, to fill a prescription, and then, I have to call them to remind them I’m coming. I use this pharmacy for vaccinations and prescriptions. I just called with a question about timing my next Covid shot. Spoke with Pharmacist Alyssa who explained and even set up my appointment for me. So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They're always on time for my shot appointment, and it's been a great experience. The Pharmacy staff there is friendly and helpful and it seems like they enjoy their jobs. Alyssa gave me exceptional service; so thank you Alyssa! Highly recommend.
This pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional and rude. A male answering calls placed me on hold three times in a row and had I waited, I’m sure I would’ve put on hold many more times. Not only that, “he answers the call by quickly saying, “pharmacy please hold,” without giving you any time to respond or say anything, and then continues doing the same thing repeatedly. This comes off as extremely rude and professional. Tom Thumb please train proper phone etiquette to your staff. Your customer service sucks.
