Then they called me to inform that for the summer I would have to use the next day delivery for a fee. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, but I need my prescriptions. Complete unprofessionalism and very disorganized. It’s apparent that these employees get paid hourly as there’s no sense of urgency as I waited in line that stretched all the way into the self checkout portion for only the pharmacy. This needs to be reported to the board of pharmacy as it does not allow patients the fair accessibility for those who need their medication. Also talk about HIPAA? I can hear everyone’s name and their meds.
