Very poor customer service. Not friendly at all. Accusatory about my prescription refill expiring. Just asked if it was still available and the pharmacy assistant gave me the riot act as to why it wasn’t. No need for that. Just very rude. No thank you at the end, No smile, no nothing. Very sad. Taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
Super friendly and incredibly efficient! The team at Tom Thumb Pharmacy made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They had our medication ready before we even left the doctor’s office, which was a huge relief. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful, and you could tell they really cared about getting things done right. Absolutely recommend this location!
Horrible customer service from the pharmacist
Pharmacy is great, the staff is willing to help transfer to another store if something is on backorder, which is not something that the other local pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens do.
Dr. called in prescription at 10am and it won't be available for pick up until after 4pm????? Next month i am transferring my prescriptions. This is so ridiculous. EVERYTIME I go to the Tom Thumb pharmacy there is absolutely no line ever its not like they are so damn busy they can't get to it. So tired of the bullshite.
