Amazing service! The owner (Tom) made friends with our two year old and helped her make her own ice cream cone. Genuinely nice people there. Incredible portions for the price!
Our family and visiting friends went to Tom Thumb's for ice cream, nearly every evening,; just LOVED it !!!!

One of the few places of business you can walk in, get a great deal on food, and have the owner right there to greet you! Best customer service in Cayuga County!
Best ice cream and best prices in Auburn. And the view is priceless.
I took my son there last summer on a not so busy evening and the owner took my son around the counter and let my son make his own cone. Its something that I am never going to forget.
