Terrible. Arrived late and rudely told me he had more important carpets to clean. Scheduling an appointment and paying in cash as he requested was in his view an inconvenience to him. He left without doing the job knowing my wife was having an allergic reaction to the carpet and was unable to stay in the house. Stay away

Worst experience ever. Botched the entire install, then kept telling me he would come out to take a look and kept not showing up. Every excuse in the world. This guy is a total dirt bag. Cheap carpet, shoddy install, complete lack of customer service.
