I saw this doctor ages ago, and he dismissed my physical issues as psychosomatic and wanted me to seek counseling. He even noted in my chart about how I struggled to lift my leg when paying attention but didn't when "distracted" which I've come to learn is actually just an incredibly obvious sign of chronic pain and guarding, not a mental issue. Visited him for a nerve diagnosis that two different pain doctors previously diagnosed using " diagnostic" injections. Both docs offered different treatments but I wanted to pursue botox. He asked if I had had a trauma (No) and listened while I explained my symptoms. He examined me and shockingly gave a NEW diagnosis. When I mentioned that I had injections that are specific for my diagnosis he said " well they didn't work did they"?
