Tom was there for me through the entire process. Tom meet me at the house and went over everything that I needed to do to get the house ready for sale. He pointed out things that needed to be repaired and even had a handy man that could do the repairs. Once that was done Tom showed the house to prospective buyers. Tom was exceptional. He went well beyond my expectations. He was always available despite difficult family schedules. When issues came up he was very hands on to get it done. He was not like other agent where they would try to pass you on to someone else and want you work around their schedule.
