I called Tom & Sons Plumbing because my outdoor drains were backing up whenever it rained hard, and water was pooling around the house. Santiago arrived and took a look around, checking for a hidden drain box or filter underground since he suspected there might be a blockage there. I recently had a leaky bathroom faucet in my master bedroom, and reached out to Tom & Sons Plumbing for help.
