Tom & Sons Plumbing sent Carter out today, and he was excellent. He fixed our low water issue and explained in very clear, simple terms how to help prevent the plumbing problem from coming back. He walked me through the water lines, well equipment, heat pump connections, and the pipes throughout the basement, so I could better understand how everything works together in this older home. My water heater stopped working, so I called for a plumber and had a great experience from start to finish. I especially want to mention Curtis, the technician who came out. From the first call to the time he finished the repair, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After accidentally breaking my outdoor water spigot on a Sunday, I managed to shut off the water myself. I highly recommend this plumbing service! I’m really thankful for their quick response and how fast they were able to fit us in for an appointment. After moving into our new home in Littleton, we noticed some plumbing problems with our kitchen sink—water was backing up and even leaking through the pipes and outside walls.
