If I could put 0 stars I would. The family that has a home in Holland is trying to sell for months now (6-8 if you ask tom) unfortunately unless your willing to pay his $5,000 short sale fee you won't be buying this house (255 Orlando Holland,Mi) So the family that's living there lives are going to get extremely difficult because tom can't accept his 3% listing fee that he will collect as all he is going to get. Sold me a house that was supposed to have repairs done as mandated by city of Holland housing inspector. Repairs were never done and I wasn't informed of them until months after the sale because Tom never revealed that information to my Realtor. Now, I'm stuck with them or I face huge fines from the City. Don't trust Tom or his Agency.
