On April 8, 2024, with my appointment, I went to Dr. Tom Shanakian's office to remove the root of the last upper right tooth to prepare for the implant. While doing this, the doctor broke the front tooth where the root was removed, which I had treated it about a year ago. Of course, I realized this when I got home, and the local anesthesia was gone.
