Dr. Thomas Semper is the best psychiatrist I have ever had-- bar none. He went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of and was very flexible with appointment dates and times. I started seeing him as my final hope at 12 years old, and stayed with him until I was 18. I had to stop seeing him when I moved out of state, but I hope to be able to see him again in the future.
