The sales team I worked with were alright to work with, but as soon as the purchase was made it felt like they didn't want to help me with anything. When I purchased the vehicle I was told the floor mats would be given to me after purchase on the way home I realized they didn't put them in I called and asked them and I was told it turns out there are no floor mats and sorry nothing they can do about it. Where do I even begin??? This dealership went above and beyond for my first time buyer daughter. From start to finish, even with a total loss on her way home with the first one (not her fault thankfully), Enrique checked on her often and got her into another car very quickly. We are forever grateful for Enrique and the Tom Scott Team!! They make you feel like family!! We will be back for a Pilot in the next couple of months!! Recently purchased a new Passport at Tom Scott Honda. Everyone I worked with was great. Big shout out to Enrique. His communication was very prompt and did a great job answering my questions. He even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. Another thanks to the manager (Mike or Matt, sorry can’t remember). Did a great job getting the deal I needed to make it all happen. Will gladly go back if I’m ever in the market again.
