Tom was engaged on Wednesday. Arranged pictures on Thursday. Open house on Saturday and Sunday. Sold the house basically in 4 days and well over asking. We know the market is hot but Tom’s well-oiled machine was fantastic. No stress, good communication and even post-sale, post-close still answering our ‘dumb’ questions. All good.
