Prior to my hip replacement my pain was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I’m now 2 weeks post op and my pain is now between 0-1. I continue to get stronger daily with PT. I would highly recommend Dr. Schmicker.

I fell on ice the morning of February 11th and fractured my hip. Dr. Schmicker operated on me at nine pm that same day. He did not replace my hip but, instead, repaired the hip. I spent 15 days in rehab and have been home for the past 5 weeks. My hip is healing nicely and I am not in any pain. I saw an X-ray of the hip this morning and everything looks perfect. Dr. Schmicker has treated me professionally and with compassion. He is a very good surgeon and I would recommend him highly.
