We got so lucky with being connected with Tom when we started the journey of buying our first home. Tom was very responsive throughout the transaction for my buyer’s first purchase. I communicated with him and his assistant at various hours and always received excellent customer service. My buyer and I were pleased with the outcome, which resulted in their first home purchase, and we closed in 30 days!
