Tom takes donations of pianos for this men s charity he supposedly deals with. He came and looked at my piano and said it was in excellent condition and that he would be back to get it in 1-2 weeks for sure to pick it up. Well after two weeks passed I called him. I left a message and did not get my call returned so I called back a couple of days later and was told the same thing, that he would be here in 1-2 weeks and yes he did want the piano. Well that was over two months ago. So this guy is not very honest or considerate.... read more
