Mr Tanimoto said Mr Orr does not "deserve his daycare credit" in court May of 2018, after his client took me to court to have the IRS ruling overturned which allowed me to claim my son as I'm the paying parent in joint custody, he advised his client to claim my son, then took me back to court to pay for his clients audit fine and fees from the IRS and state for erroneous claiming my son..
