My elderly mother needed a new water heater. I called because of the reviews here and spoke with Justin. Regretting that completely. I asked for a quote and he provided one. We weren't aware that our condo needed a license or insurance prior to the work being done. It's our first condo and our condo board isn't very forthcoming with their rules. First time used Tom's Plumbing, will use them for now on. Justin did a great neat job. He was quick, knowledgeable and had a fair price. I reccomended Tom's before and will continue to reccomend them. They do small & large jobs. I believe they are honest and exemplify an ethical business, which is tare in these times. Use them for your plumbing needs. Thank you Tom's/ Justin.

Justin and Tom are truly the best! The most knowledgable and skilled plumbers I have ever found, and I've tried a lot. I used to manage a property in Brooklyn and they always saved the day by coming quickly when there were plumbing emergencies like leaking water heaters or broken sink pipes or toilets. Now I own my own apartment and they are the only ones I trust.

He quoted a price and said that he would replace pipes under kitchen sink as well as the entire sink. I specifically told him that I wanted the faucet changed because it was old and rusted. He told me he would do everything for a specific price and I paid. Realized months later that he replaced sink but put back on the same faucet and sprayer and knobs. Found out when faucet broke off months later. Scammer and I would never recommend.
