If I could give Tom's zero stars, I would. Had Dave come out last yr to fix my washer. He quoted me $300 for pump and labor. I hesitated but he assured me I had a great washer and if I put this part in, I'd have it for 5-6 more yrs. (it was 5 yrs. old). So I had him do the work. Now, one yr. later, it started leaking again. Water was on floor. He said it wasn't the pump, he couldn't find problem but charged me for service call.
