Just Leaving a Review after having a conversation with Christopher at the Tom Roush Mitsubishi in Westfield. TLDR. Wife came in to have trunk and fuel door fixed quoted $900 for service. Trunk service is fixed as requested but repair service for fuel door was wrong. Fuel door does not match car color and does not work. Deceptive sales practice, sold us a 2017 Mazda CX-9 GT that wouldn’t / didn’t pass Mazda’s 160 point Certified Pre-Owned check sheet as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. We spent most of the time going over paperwork (160 point check sheet showing everything was like new) with Brad our salesman and not enough time going over the car. Bought certified pre-owned Mazda CX-9 on Friday June 19th found issues with the vehicle the next day. Have contacted Brad, the salesman that we worked with at the dealership, in effort to resolve the issues. Driving back down Friday to see what options are available. Will update the review either way, hopefully for the better.
What happens when your local dealer doesn’t have the car of your dreams? He does a search within his/her region and finds it! A trade is made and everyone goes home happy! Sounds good, but not so fast!
