NO STARS!!! Tom Roush Budget Car Center is a SCAM. THE "WARRANTY" IS A JOKE. We put $3000 down on the vehicle. Not even two weeks later the check engine light came on. We took it straight to get looked at at two different auto shops. Both said it needs a new or rebuilt engine. The warranty company is saying that they will only cover $2500 and the remaining $4600 is our responsibility. They are stating we drove the car when it was overheating so it's partly our fault.
