My wife and I are first time home buyers and a friend referred Tom to us. Tom was great and assisted us with all our questions (even the random oddball ones) and filled in knowledge gaps we didn't anticipate. Tom is experienced and skilled in navigating the human elements of buying a home. Lots of knowledge on what to look out for in Portland homes, especially old ones. Fantastic communicator who always made himself available.
