actually got the help i needed when my primary wouldnt help.
I went to his office for two years. Only seen Dr.porter two times. Wait 4 hrs or more with appointment. Awful. There are many pain doctors out there. Office girls are very unprofessional.they called them selves the dream team.what a joke. Did not know how to fill insurance forms out. There were times I was afraid in the waiting room,fights would break out.l never seen anything like it before I've been to many pain clinics.
Always accomadating. Office staff the best. Jahida is the best always. She is always happy, energetic and very very plesant.
I was a former patient of Dr. Porter and had to move to Ga. To help a Family member, I hated to leave Florida and most of all Dr.Porter and his staff!!! They always treated me and my wife with the utmost care he is a very compassionate Doctor and he's very supportive, he's very KNOWLEDGEABLE he finds out right where the source of pain is coming from and hits it DEAD ON. My visit was pleasant. Provider went above and beyond, was very caring.
I was a little concerned before my first appt. after reading a few reviews from 2017, stating the chairs were uncomfortable, the staff was rude and inefficient, the wait time was crazy long. I have to change that perception right now, as my experience was the complete opposite. The office is lovely, the chairs are now super comfortable and I understand cost a pretty penny to change, the staff was so caring and efficient, and I personally had very little wait time.
