Very bad experience renting from Tom. Landlord obligations were not fulfilled, terrible at best. I went no less than 1 month w/o the use of the oven. Tom stated that the house would be painted, the garage door would be repaired, the hole in the garage ceiling would be repaired, the front door would be replaced along with the trim because it could not be secured properly after a break in, etc. A span of "YEARS" went by since the first promise was made & after I moved out the repairs were still outstanding. GREAT PROPERTY MANAGER – We bought our home from Tom Pollitt in 05 and we had to PCS in 08. The house needed repairs prior to move-in and Tom was able to help us with most of the cosmetic work. Tom has been our property manager since 08 and he has gone way beyond the call of duty. He has kept our property rented and any repairs that were needed, were handled promptly and by competent contractors. Reliable and Pleasant Renting Experience – I rented a home through Tom Pollitt's property management service and lived there for 2 years. I dealt exclusively with Eve throughout the entire experience. My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. From showing to closing Eve was always courteous and on time and pleasant to deal with. The rental contract was standard and the process was very hassle free. Avoid, Poor customer service – I had a terrible experience renting from this guy. Calls and letters for repairs was absolutely ignored until they got tired of receiving them. When any repairs were made, they were made by this guy with old shoddy equipment & on more than one occasion, I was blamed for the situation & asked to give some money to help in the repair cost. My deposit was never returned & I never received a statement of how my deposit was used. Everything stated here is absolutely true!

Fantastic Service – Tom, Angela, and Eve of Tom Pollitt Real Estate have been absolutely wonderful in helping June and I find the perfect house.
