Dishonest dealership, horrible experience. Our transaction here felt like a complete scam and no one would answer our questions even after waiting 4 hours in the lobby, we ended up leaving without speaking to anyone. The finance company called that the dealership was raising the price after the fact! That is scamming if you ask me. Rather then fixing the problem or speaking to us clearly they immediately said they would return our money and take the car back. I wish I could give this place -1,000,000 stars. Huntley Ford is the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Joon Choi, the “Senior Executive Salesman” who helped us, is dishonest and completely unreliable. “I’ve been doing this a long time” — yeah, okay. My husband and I visited on 7/8/25 to look at a truck. We went through the numbers with Joon and agreed on a deal with a trade-in. We then sat for over THREE HOURS waiting for paperwork.
