The sales man, ******, has been the only helpful person thus far with our buying and servicing experience of a brand new 2025 Cadillac CT5 premium luxury. The first time we drove the vehicle after purchase a dark fluid was seeping out of the backseat so we called asking for it to be picked up and detailed, as it should’ve been upon purchase. Complaint Description:I am filing this complaint regarding my recent experience with Tom Peacock Cadillac. I found this dealership online, and regret ever speaking with them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Mike is extremely unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I requested business auto financing, and submitted a business app, and specifically told them NOT TO PULL MY PERSONAL REPORTS. I called after I noticed inquiries on my personal credit report. Mike told me helping me was a conflict of interest, and that I wasn't the person who's credit they pulled." Mike makes Tom Peacock look like they conduct very shady business.

I know they are going to lie but this the truth. I was sold a car by Ms T *****, She appead very nice at first. They sold me a car with 2 ball tires and within 2 days was blown out. I drove over 100 miles home on I-10 In Houston on those tires. Within 2 days I realize what I had. After I reported that she got rude and said I should have put gas in the car for her to get back. I just bought a 2009 Cadillac XLR from here. I own one already so I know what common problems to ask about. I had to buy it sight unseen due to the distance. This car I understand is a used car (56,600 miles), but I am very upset because all of the expensive issues with the car were problems I specifically asked about, it is obvious that it was an out right misrepresentation and leaving bad reviews all over the internet is my only recourse.
