Tom O'Neil is a top-notch agent. When I approached him about representing me, I had already identified the condo I wanted to purchase. He went into overdrive to swiftly and knowledgably prepare a contract, negotiate with the listing agent, assist with the financing process and arrange a home inspection.....all within a week. End result - I purchased a beautiful condo at an excellent price. I can't recommend Tom enough. You won't find a more client-centered agent anywhere in the DMV.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tom! He is hardworking, knowledgable, thoughtful, and pleasant. As first time homebuyers, he took the time to really explain the process step by step and was there with us every step of the way. He is communicative without being pushy and certainly has his clients best interests at heart. We cannot recommend him enough!

Tom was a pleasure to work with as first-time homebuyers. He spent a lot of time going over our expectations, the market in the area, and how the process worked. He was also very flexible--when we needed to take a break from looking at homes, he was totally understanding and not pushy.
