The WORST dentist. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!! My son had expanders put on in March, that were supposed to come off in August. During that time I changed jobs which resulted in a change in insurance. When I brought him for his appointment on August 10th I was told that they wouldn't take them off until they got approval from the new insurance. I took my children in for cleanings, I was told that a cleaning was about $80. I received a bill a week later for $1200. The doctor had done more than just cleanings on all 4 of my children without asking my permission. it took me 4 or 5 calls to actually get someone to talk to me about the bill and even then there was no apology, just excuses about how the procedures were needed. It seemed like the money not the patient was and is he priority.
I've been to many dentists in my lifetime. He is the best dentist I've ever been to.
iI had my Lumineers done about a year ago. Dr. Niemi listened to what it was I needed and wanted before making any suggestions. He gave me exactly what I invisioned in my mind as being the perfect hollywood smile I've always wanted. He's great and a true professional! I have my lumineers warranteed with him for my life and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Niemi for anything not just Lumineers but if you go to him for them your gonna be happy!!
have a family history of poor teeth. Several years ago, I started having very bad problems. I went to three other dentist--their solution was to just pull teeth. Then, a year ago the third dentist pulled a front tooth, gave me a temporary fix (3-6 months he said) and gave me an unaffordable fix. Great office, great customer service, great work. I was blessed with good teeth and he has made them better. The cosmetic work was great, the price was fair, and the service and attitude are marvelous. He now has Dr. Pauyla Coffey in the office and she is also great.
Dr Niemi and his staff are extremely customer service oriented, have extremely nice facilities, and provide excellent care. They have the ability to do in-house same day crowns, which turn out to be as good or better than the ones you have to wait for with a temporary crown. Highly recommend.
It seems like every time I have visited this office I run into some kind of problem. The last problem I had, the doctor mis-coded a procedure I had and wouldn't change it. It ended up costing me $500 because he recommended a procedure that I didn't need according to my insurance company. The front desk staff is very nice but Dr. and his assistance seem pushy and fake.
He is the finest dentist I have ever gone too. The staff is so nice and helpful. He doesn't push procedures on you. It's about dental health not whiteing teeth or doing unessary fillings or other work.
