I brought my truck to Tom Nehl Freightliner because when I stopped by and had my radio looked at by Bo he told me when and what time he could take care of it and he did 100% what he said he would. Thank You very much Mr. Bo Whitehead for your professionalism and for caring about the customer
They do not stand behind their word or promises. Plan on sitting and waiting for hours for just a simple oil change. They screwed up my truck now say the work was never done. For better service go to Jacksonville.
