I have purchased several new vehicles from them. I love my new Juke. They are the best dealer I have ever used.
If you don't want loyal customer service, then this is the place for you. Drove 1 hour 10 minutes after talking to sales rep on phone who said they would offer cash for clunkers on 8/24/09. It appears they are all full of hot air and lied just to get me to look at the cars. After I got there and wasted my time they said that they would accept the deal even though it was still before the deadline. If only I had gone someplace else and not listened to them, I would have had a new car.
