Worst builder there is. Did not finish my home. Signed contract in April 2022. Delay after delay. Another contractor finished home in March 2024. Tom Moore didn’t pay his sub contractors. Therefore work they started was never finished. He was advanced funds, but did not use funds to finish work. Kept telling me he didn’t have money. He lied about completion dates. Seldom visited site. We contracted with Tom Moore to build our house in November 2020. We were told it would take 5 months and closing was estimated in April 2021. It is now October and today would have been our 5th closing. I have no doubt about the quality of the house or how nice it will be when we are done, but we are 6 months behind. No new closing date, not that it matters. I would recommend his work, but I would not recommend his time line. And for that, I probably would not use him again.

Tom Moore is the best! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Number 1!
Tom is a good guy to work for I recently do some painting for him and I stand behind my work 100%.Sometimes things don't go as planned but I've known Tom Moore for 10 years and can't say one bad thing. I can promise a good paint job from this day forward as far as I'm concerned. Thanks Tom.
