Dr. Minas joined the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2018 after 30 years at Harvard Medical School, where he was a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a founding member of the ICRS (International Cartilage Repair Society-1997) and present Vice President of the Society. I recently had knee replacement surgery with Dr. Tom Minas, and it was a fantastic experience with a very quick recovery. I’m now three weeks out, walking with no limp and very little pain, and back to most of my normal activities. But that’s just part of the story — Dr. Minas is not only an exceptional surgeon, but also personable, responsive, and has a fantastic bedside manner. There is simply not a better surgeon then Dr Minas and his staff. As a very active triathlete or with Dr Minus's help, trying to stay an active triathlete, I unfortunately have worked with many surgeons and Dr Minas is one of the best with his dementor, professionalism and explanation of what, how and why. His staff is also very quick to respond and keep me informed at all times. I highly recommend Dr Minus and the Paley Institute.

The entire visit was 5star from short wait times. Ordered full xray not just knee to see my alignment. Dr Minas started with great approach & questions and really listened. I understand my options and we have a plan. Leanna was fantastic and both so personal.
Dr. Minas did a knee revision for me. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and was amazing. I’m so happy someone referred him to me!!
