I called in to ask a few questions about my policy, Liz was extremely rude after I expressed my misunderstanding multiple times. When I matched her tone and energy she got extremely agitated and continued to give me the same information in the exact same manner, not providing any help at all.

She explains my policy completely… gives me advice on my policy and reviews so I know what is best to coverage and I make changes with her advise… she is extremely knowledgeable which gives me my self confidence in my decision for my policy!
