Awful service and AWFUL pricing.
I have never had a worse experience with a builder or realtor. I submitted an offer on one of Tom's homes, but my financing ultimately fell through due to issues with my lender. For convenience, I chose to work with one of his preferred realtors to write the offer. Before signing, I specifically asked whether the contract included a financing contingency, and I was told that it did.
