Follow up- on the plus side they did call me back to rectify the situation however the woman on the phone was completely uncompromising and gave me one and one option alone to have my vehicle looked at. Ask for Mike Whitney! We had a great experience at Tom Masano with the purchase of a Ford F250 for our plumbing company. Mike knew we had a time constrain and he went above and beyond to get us our truck shipped to Illinois as fast as humanly possible.
