Wanted to share my recent experience at Tom Masano Ford, and give a shoutout to their staff especially Nick and Collin in Sales, who helped me with my purchase. I drove from NYC to the dealer and checked out a used car in their inventory, Nick was very knowledgeable and professional during my visit, he also followed up with me constantly in the next week to get all paperwork signed and got the car transported back to NY. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a car, thanks again!
I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Tom Masano Ford . Our sales person Mauro was just wonderful. No pressure and just a delight. She let us explorer all the vehicles on the lot we wanted , as we were uncertain what we wanted. The sales manager Jeff made sure we got a great deal and Walkie the finance manager was great as well. At first, it seemed great but I was sold a lemon and they knew it. All that needs to be said. Thanks, Jeff Bieber. Follow up- on the plus side they did call me back to rectify the situation however the woman on the phone was completely uncompromising and gave me one and one option alone to have my vehicle looked at.
