Buyer beware! They did everything I asked them not to do just to get a sale. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I left, I was treated terribly. Even after giving all zeros on their surveys, no effort was made to correct anything. But boy, were they quick to grab my cash!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Would give zero stars if possible. Emily & Steven at the service center have been super amazing this past week fast service & great with communication. Definitely recommend both Emily & Steven for their great service at Mercedes Benz.
2 stars because I spoke to Benjamin who was really just unprofessional talking politics when I'm there looking for a car. Won't be back
