This is the second Mercedes I’ve purchased from Tom Masano. I can’t say enough good things about my salesperson Joe. He was excellent at helping me get into the new GLS I wanted. We did a lot by text which was great since I live about an hour away. When I met in person to pick up my car he was personable and helpful with everything. If you are looking for a good dealership I would recommend Masano and ask for Joe C for a great experience!
Fantastic experience with Tom Masano Mercedes. The deal was done with Nate all over text. He sent me any information I asked for. I live an hour and a half a away and when I got there, in really bad weather, the new car was all ready to go. Trading in my previous car and taking the new one home was quick and easy. Will absolutely go to them for my next lease.
