Well, after 49 years of car ownership I finally bought a Mercedes. On a COLD and RAINY Saturday, the family and I went to look at a new Mercedes CLE 450 Cabriolet and four hours later drove it home. It was pouring rain the whole time! Joe Cacchione was our Sales Representative, with critical support from Curtis (trade-in) and Bryan (Finance). But the experience was amazing. My sales person was Joe Caccione. Joe took more than appropriate time to make sure that I was confident with my purchase / lease of a Mercedes GLC We test drove other options and he gave me an education on all of the Mercedes models so that I could make a confident decision I was unsure whether to buy something preowned, new, or to do a lease. I have purchased two cars from Tom Masano Mercedes over the last 16 1/2 years and I feel like their service department has gone way downhill. I still own my first purchase was which was a 2009 GL450 and it went in for service today. There were two items that I was given a repair estimate for several months ago and when the bill came in the price was double what I was quoted. Interested in a 2024 EQS. Shared interest online, no response. Did it a second time, got a call from a lady, who promised to get back but never did. These are hard vehicles to move, yet it seems Masano has no interest in working with a customer. Good luck to them but I won't consider working with them in the future.
