I have been with Tom Luscombe for about 5 years and I truly love the service they make you feel like family. This best thing to me is that Tom himself calls you on your birthday and wishes you a Happy Birthday!! Now if that's not a family touch I don't know what is! I always have the best experience with Millie she is very sweet, nice, professional and understanding. She listens without cutting you off to get the full understanding of your issue and goes above and beyond to fix it.
