The staff is friendly, helpful and experienced. The facility is always clean My brother has been a patient of this facility for more than 20 yrs. We always have positive experiences with all we have worked with. They truly make him feel special and most importantly, that he matters
Normally I'm am pleased with this location, I am still pleased with my doctor, my issue is for the last two weeks at different times I have been calling in attempts to set up an appointment to receive a referral and noone is picking up which makes me highly frustrated it is keeping me from making an appointment with another doctor to get the help needed
Switched from the Brandon office. Dr. Medini has replaced Melissa Emmanuel. My experience here was night and day above Brandon! Dr Medini listened and took quick action! Highly recommend.
I recommend to not even bother coming here. my sons pediatrician is amazing but i have been calling to reschedule an appointment and been on hold for over 30 minutes and still on hold while typing this. Probably will just switch to baycare, theyre better anyways
