Horrible service waiting for 45 mins the nurses are treating the dentist office like a hangout, cursing and carrying on like there at a club not taking any patients people are being back up and having to stand because the won’t see no one appointment was at 8 am. I’ve been here since 7:30 came early because they told me to come and fill out paperwork, no paperwork was given no communication no professionalism second time coming here and will never come back completely unacceptable.

The dentist office is the WORST! No one answers the phone, whether calling directly or transferred from within the build. The voicemail is always full so you can’t even leave a message. The reception person is rude, not sure if it’s because of a language barrier but that’s still no excuse for poor customer service. Furthermore if you’re seen and need a referral, call your insurance provider to get it because they say they will call you to provide you the referral number after your visit and NEVER do.
