Shoddy work - bad warranty support Our roof suffers obvious water damage after 11 years. The roof was warranted unconditionally for 25 years against water damage or defective workmanship. The Tom Leach Roofing representative (Aaron Ortman, pres.) has not made a good faith attempt to resolve the issue in the 90 days we have been negotiating with him.
