People here are very rude and not helpful at all.
I immediately canceled my membership after 1 month of going , I was diagnosed with ringworm and I feel I catches it there. Please where shoes or sandals in the wet area.
The staff in front desk and membership staff are extremely rude. Not friendly at all. The steam room and jacuzzi is always breaking down. And I reported that in the jacuzzi was dirty. And someone had pooped in. And nothing was done immediately. I was very disappointed. I will never be back
Extremely rude people that work there, especially with Hispanic. Need to cancel my membership asap...also the steam room, jacuzzi always seem to break down frequently
