Tom Kris and Sons Plumbing recently did a hot water heater to tankless conversion that I had been thinking about doing for years, and finally decided to move forward with. Garrett and Craig first did an evaluation for the requested conversion, and ensured that everything was good before scheduling the actual install. Called about a clog we were experiencing in the upstairs bathroom. Brandon advised us the snaking the drain was not necessary due to no active clogs currently…. so saved us some money! He was also able to check our water heater and found out a part was defective and was able to replace it quickly! Highly recommend this company if you are in the Acworth area!
Both representatives were very Knowledgeable on what needed to be done. They explained everything in a way that was easy understand and both guys were very polite and worked efficiently and quickly. We will definitely use Tom Kris & Sons again.
