The guys were very nice but their protocol is terrible! I was told a $45 service fee and when they arrived I was told anything over 15 minutes would be $225 per hour! I had to tell them no, which I hated to do, because I need issues resolved ASAP. Get somebody else!
Fantastic company and professionals to work with. They've done two projects at my house, one large (digging into concrete in the basement to place a shower drain, putting in new plumbing for a toilet and sink) and one small (replacing a shower/bath faucet that fell off), and in each instance they were easy to contact, very responsive, timely, estimates were accurate without surprises, and the online payment portal was easy to navigate.
