Tom made the process so easy. He's personable and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. From the moment I connected with him to the less than 24 hours my house was on the market, Tom was top-notch. Tom fielded more than one all-cash offer and scheduled many walk throughs. The walk throughs never came to fruition as he was able to negotiate $15k over asking from one of the cash offers. I hope to not ever move again, but if I land back in MN, he will be my first call!
I worked with Tom on both selling my townhome as well as purchasing my current home in a town an hour away. He was very helpful in coordinating information with the selling agent as well as working very hard to sell my townhome.
